9. The Board of the Company
8.1 At the Annual General Meeting of the Club (hereinafter referred to as the
'AGM') or at any Extraordinary General Meeting (hereinafter referred to as an
'EGM') called for that purpose, members of the Club shall recommend those
who are to be Directors of the Company who shall then (subject to the approval
of the shareholders) be appointed to the Board of the Company
