16.1 The Facilities Committee shall have responsibility for the Pavilion and shall
draft a set of Rules governing the running of the Pavilion (the 'Pavilion Rules')
for approval and issue by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee
shall keep the running of the Pavilion under continual review and shall, in
conjunction with the Head of the Facilities Standing Committee, amend the
Pavilion Rules as it deems fit.
16.2 The Pavilion Rules shall form Appendix B to the Constitution and shall be
posted on the Pavilion notice board and on the Club's web site.
