13. Subscriptions
12.1 The amount of the annual subscription for all classes of members shall be
determined from time to time by the Executive Committee subject to the
approval of any increase in the amount of such subscriptions by the Club
members in General Meeting.
12.2 Payment dates are set out in Appendix A
12.3 The Annual Subscription shall, where applicable, be inclusive of VAT
determined from time to time by the Executive Committee subject to the
