Please find attached the papers for the forthcoming AGM. These comprise three ‘packs’ containing the following information:

• AGM Agenda, including nominations for key positions
• Four reports, namely: Chairman’s Report, Finance Report, Cricket Report, Minutes of last AGM
• Year-end accounts pack

In accordance with the Constitution, all nominations and any proposed resolutions for consideration at the AGM must reach the Club Secretary not less than FIVE DAYS before the date of the Meeting. With regard to the list of positions. the Executive are keen to involve more people in the running of the Club. We welcome expressions of interest for all positions, including those where there are already nominees.

This information has been sent to all adult “paid-up” members, together with the parents/guardians of Young Player members, as we are keen to keep all those associated with the club informed of how we are doing.
